I’m Francesco - service designer, researcher and strategist.
I’m currently a Senior Manager at Capital One and I co-lead the Service Design Network in New York.
Throughout my career, I worked at the intersection of design and strategy both in agency and in-house, and my Service Design background has helped me master skills across user research, product strategy and organizational design.
As an Associate Director at frog, I was able to consult for multiple clients across a number of industries and contribute to establishing a formal Service Design practice in North America. Aside from work, I’ve been mentoring design students and young professionals in academia and workplace programs.
